Ok, so I made the casserole last night. This seems to be my best option these days. It was nice to be able to throw it in the oven when I got home and still eat by 5:15. Isabelle loved this dinner... she said it is her first 10. Elliot refused to eat it- I am realizing he is really not playing this little game with the rest of the fam! Austin said the pasta tasted weird, and decided to just eat a couple slices of the leftover ham (hope I still have enough for Saturday's ham and cheese bisquits). Erick and I enjoyed the casserole as well, and we added some peas to ours. Once again I am exhausted tonight, and we are leaving soon for Isabelle's school bingo night. I am wondering if I have a little bug or something, as I have been extra tired ALL week. Thank God it is Friday tomorrow... and since it needs to be "meatless" I am trying my hand- for the first time- at crab cakes. In fact, I think I just ate my first one ever a couple months ago. Will let you know how it goes tomorrow- hoping I have enough time (and energy) before bowling.
